SMARTER CAMPAIGN EXPERIMENTSINDONESIA

Make the next test worth running.

You probably have more improvement ideas than time to try them. SAB helps teams in Indonesia choose the questions that matter, turn them into focused campaign or page tests, and use the findings to make the next decision with more confidence.

WHAT YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS

A busy testing calendar needs a clear reason.

Changing the audience, offer, creative, and page together may create movement without telling you much about why it happened. Meanwhile, a small design debate can distract from a bigger problem. We help turn scattered ideas into a practical order of work, with a clear question behind each test and a decision the findings can support.

Find the question holding you back

Which decision is hard to make with what you know today? Start there. It might be a confusing offer, an unsuitable audience, or a form that asks too much before someone is ready.

Prioritise the learning

We weigh the evidence behind each idea, the effort involved, and what a useful answer would change. The result is a shortlist your team can explain, resource, and revisit when new information arrives.

Keep a record you can reuse

A short test note captures the hypothesis, change, context, and decision. It helps your team carry learning forward instead of reopening the same debate whenever a campaign or team member changes.

How to choose a marketing experiment worth your time

Prioritise marketing tests by the decision they support, the evidence available, and the work needed to learn something useful.

Project: IPMI International Business School by SABSELECTED SAB WORK

Education · Audience segmentation

IPMI International Business School

SAB created separate IPMI landing pages for regular students and working professionals. Each page organised the programme information around its intended audience. That is a useful starting point for a testing discussion: different readers may need different information. The project illustrates audience-led page design; a test for your business would still need its own question and observation plan.

HOW WE WORK

Understand the business.
Agree on the next move.

We work with your team to agree on priorities, deliverables, and how to measure progress.

01

Collect the strongest clues

We review customer questions, campaign information, and sales feedback to identify a concrete problem worth understanding before choosing a possible change to test.

02

Choose what to test first

We compare the value of each answer with the work and prerequisites involved, then agree which experiment is ready to move ahead.

03

Define the experiment

We set out what will change, what will be observed, and when to review it, then prepare the agreed campaign or page work.

04

Turn findings into a decision

We separate observations from possible explanations, decide what to keep or explore next, and record the reasoning for the next round of work.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few things
you may be wondering.

Do all improvements need a formal experiment?

No. A broken contact link should be fixed. Comparing two messages is a different kind of question and needs an appropriate way to observe the response. We choose the approach around the decision, the available information, and the traffic or campaign activity your business can support.

How do you prioritise when our budget is small?

We look for an important unanswered question that can be explored with the resources available. A cheap change is useful when it addresses a real problem. We also check prerequisites, such as having the right page, materials, or response notes in place.

What will the experiment plan contain?

A useful plan identifies the problem, the working hypothesis, the change, the information to observe, and the decision that follows. It should also name the owner and review point. Campaign production or page development can then be scoped around that plan.

What if the findings are inconclusive?

Then the next decision should reflect that. We may need better observation, a narrower question, or more information before making a broader change. Recording an inconclusive test is still useful when it prevents the team from treating a guess as an established answer.
